I first entered real estate in 2012 as home inspector, building and operating a successful inspection business in the Greater Puget Sound area. My diligent and patient approach consistently earned the trust of my clients, and the respect of experienced brokers.  Having evaluated over 3,000 homes, I bring a wealth of unique knowledge and experience to share with my clients as they navigate questions and concerns that often come up when considering selling or purchasing a home. 

 

I acquired my broker’s license in 2019. While I enjoyed inspecting, I knew then that being a broker was my next destination. This work allows me to continue pursuing my passion for homes, serving people and communities, and delivering an excellent client experience end-to-end. I am thrilled to be working full time as a broker, ready and committed to helping my clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

 

I'm a former 100-ton licensed captain and sailor of traditionally rigged vessels. Being connected to the sea continues to be an influence in my life.  I have called the Pacific Northwest home for nearly 20 years, living life in the communities of: Orcas Island, Bainbridge Island, Seattle, and Bellingham. When I'm not inside houses, you can find me tinkering in the garage, drinking coffee, biking, and spending time outside and around the city with my wife and two daughters.
